Smackdown women The WWE Women's Championship is descended from the same lineage as the NWA World Women's Championship of the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), which is still active today. When Mildred Burke won the World Women's title for the very first time, the NWA recognized her as women's champion, followed by June Byers in a two out of three falls match in 1954.
Today Smackdown is going to launch its very own Women’s Championship at the Night of Champions on the 29th of June. On the 6th of June, General Manager Vickie Guerrero announced that Smackdown has created an exclusive Smackdown Women’s Championship.
Smackdown and ECW Divas must compete to qualify for the championships. They such as Sexy lita , Maryse, Victoria, Kelly Kelly, Michelle and Layla are among a few of the divas that are vying to get through to the championships. The WWE divas must impress Vickie Guerrero to win a chance at the new title. There is excitement on the scene as the beautiful divas compete for the role of champion!
